1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. Our stylists dedicate time, effort, and professional care to each appointment. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can address your concerns.
2. Service Corrections
If you are unhappy with your style, we offer a one-time complimentary correction within 24 hours of your original appointment. To qualify:

Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Come in with the original style intact (not altered or modified).

Corrections must be limited to the original service booked—changes in style or design will require a new appointment.
3. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required when booking online or for high-demand styles. This deposit will be applied to your final cost.

Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
4. Product Sales
All hair care products and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
