Welcome to Bless African Hair Braiding. By accessing or using our website or booking services through our platform (including Booksy or any direct method), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Appointments

• All appointments must be booked through our online system or by calling/texting our salon.

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your final service total.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. We allow a 30-minute grace period; after that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your $25 deposit will be forfeited.

• Repeat no-shows may be denied future bookings.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or digital methods (Cash App, Zelle, etc., if available).

• Prices listed on our website or booking platforms are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, lateness, or changes in services.

4. Services and Results

• Results vary based on hair type, style, and condition. We will make every effort to meet your expectations, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Please ensure your hair is properly washed and detangled prior to your appointment unless you've booked a wash service.

5. Health and Safety

• For the safety of staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of illness or inappropriate behavior.

• Clients with scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must inform us before their appointment.

6. Children Policy

• Children are welcome if they are receiving a service.

• We kindly ask that you do not bring additional children unless supervised and well-behaved, as space is limited.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, images, and written material, is the property of Bless African Hair Braiding and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings is used only for scheduling and customer service purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
